Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2011-5
I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2011, to honor former State Representative John Bryant, who died on Saturday, February 12, 2011, at age 53.
Representative Bryant was first elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 1988 and served 12 years from Tulsa. He was a dedicated public servant and representative to his constituents. Throughout his life, Representative Bryant made great contributions to the State of Oklahoma.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Director of Central Services who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 14th day of February, 2011.
