Section 901:9-1-40 - Prohibited activities

The following practices are prohibited:

(A) Bungee catapulting when the jumper has the potential of coming in contact with overhead structures.

(B) Sandbagging.

(C) Tandem jumping.

(D) Bungee jumping from hot air balloons.
