Section 901:11-3-02 - Standard of identity

Frozen dessert means those articles of food denominated in 21 C.F.R. 135 Subpart B (April 2014) and shall conform to the descriptions contained therein, except for 21 C.F.R. 135.160 which is deleted in its entirety.
