Section 5122:3-1-09 - Standards of construction(A) Any project, when completed and ready for occupancy or operation, is to meet all standards and requirements of applicable federal, state, and local statutes and ordinances, state and local building and fire codes, and standards and requirements to make the project eligible for funds for operations and client care and treatment.(B) A project is to be designed and constructed to meet all program and licensure requirements of the department, if applicable, and comply with the program as indicated in the application unless a modification has been approved by the department.Ohio Admin.
