Section 4901:1-40-09 - Annual report

(A) Pursuant to division (D)(1) of section 4928.64 of the Revised Code, staff will conduct an annual review of the renewable energy resource market and submit its findings in a report to the general assembly.

(B) Prior to its submission to the general assembly, the report will be issued for public comment by interested persons for thirty days, unless otherwise ordered by the commission.
