Section 4501:2-6-04 - Promotions(A) Under the authority of section 5503.03 of the Revised Code, the superintendent, with the approval of the director, shall promote members of the division from one rank to another. (B) The superintendent shall promulgate directives determining promotional eligibility requirements for each rank in the division. (C) No member shall release any information or portion thereof concerning the confidential elements of the promotional process except as directed by the superintendent. Ohio Admin. Code 4501:2-6-04
