Section 4501:1-3-21 - Evidence

(A) In all hearings before the board, the introduction of evidence shall be governed in general by the Ohio rules of evidence.

(B) The board may call the license holder to testify under oath as upon cross-examination.

The license holder may call the acting secretary of the board to testify under oath as upon cross-examination.
