Section 3745-68-01 - Landfills - applicability(A) Rules 3745-68-01 to 3745-68-16 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of facilities that dispose of hazardous waste in landfills, except as rule 3745-65-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise.(B) A waste pile used as a disposal facility is a landfill and is governed by rules 3745-68-01 to 3745-68-16 of the Administrative Code.Ohio Admin.
