Section 3745-56-32 - Air emission standards - surface impoundments

The owner or operator shall manage all hazardous waste placed in a surface impoundment in accordance with the applicable requirements of rules 3745-205-50 to 3745-205-65 and 3745-205-80 to 3745-205-90 of the Administrative Code.
