Section 3745-501-02 - Licensing - definitions

If a term used in this chapter is defined in rule 3745-500-02 of the Administrative Code, the definition in rule 3745-500-02 of the Administrative Code is applicable to this chapter unless the term is defined in this rule. As used in this chapter:

(E) [Reserved.]

(F) "Facility" means any of the following:

(1) A solid waste facility.

(2) An infectious waste treatment facility.

(3) A construction and demolition debris facility.

(4) A construction and demolition debris processing facility , including a co-located processing facility.
