Section 3745-205-88 - Inspection and monitoring - air emission standards for tanks, surface impoundments, and containers(A) The owner or operator shall inspect and monitor air emission control equipment used to comply with rules 3745-205-80 to 3745-205-90 of the Administrative Code in accordance with the applicable requirements specified in rules 3745-205-84 to 3745-205-87 of the Administrative Code.(B) The owner or operator shall develop and implement a written plan and schedule to perform the inspections and monitoring required by paragraph (A) of this rule. The owner or operator shall incorporate this plan and schedule into the facility inspection plan required under rule 3745-54-15 of the Administrative Code.Ohio Admin. Code 3745-205-88
