Section 3745-18-77 - Ross county emission limits
(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Ross county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 3.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(B) The "Pixelle Specialty Solutions LLC" (OEPA premise number 0671010028) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Pixelle Specialty Solutions LLC, 232 East Eighth Street, Chillicothe, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from boiler numbers 7 and 8 (OEPA source numbers B002 and B003) to exceed a maximum of 9.9 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each boiler.
