Section 3745-18-02 - General countywide emission limits

No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in the following counties shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed the following limits:

(A)
(1) For sources in Adams county, a maximum of 3.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(2) For sources in Ashland county, a maximum of 7.2 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(3) For sources of Auglaize county, a maximum of 2.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(B)
(1) For sources in Belmont county, a maximum of 4.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(2) For sources in Brown county, a maximum of 3.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(C)
(1) For sources in Carroll county, a maximum of 4.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(2) For sources in Champaign county, a maximum of 3.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(3) For sources in Clark county, a maximum of 3.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(4) For sources in Clermont county, a maximum of 3.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(5) For sources in Clinton county, a maximum of 3.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
