Section 3701:1-56-17 - Types of licenses(A) Licenses for special nuclear material are of two types: general and specific. The general licenses provided in rules 3701:1-56-02 and 3701:1-56-03 of the Administrative Code are effective without the filing of applications with the director or the issuance of licensing documents to particular persons. Specific licenses are issued to named persons upon applications filed pursuant to rule 3701:1-38-02 of the Administrative Code.Ohio Admin. Code 3701:1-56-17
