Section 3701-21-22 - Food choking(A) The director of health will provide standards detailing first aid techniques designed and intended for use by a person without medical training in removing food which has become lodged in the throat of a choking victim. (B) The food service operation will ensure that the standards are readily accessible to the public and the employees of the food service operation.Ohio Admin. Code 3701-21-22
