Section 3361:30-31-26 - Time off from work: medical examination(A) The following rule applies to all employees, except those employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement addressing this topic.(B) University employees may be required to undergo medical examinations as a condition of employment in accordance with established written policies by the human resources department. The policies and procedures shall comport and comply with all applicable federal, state and locale statutes, rules and regulations including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
