Section 3358:14-5-01 - Degrees and diplomas(A) The academic degrees awarded by Northwest state community college are the associate of applied business, the associate of applied science, the associate of arts, the associate of science, the associate of individualized studies, the associate of technical studies, and academic certificates.(B) Degrees are conferred by the president as authorized by the board of trustees to individuals who have met the graduation requirements of rule 3358:14-5-11 of the Administrative Code .(C) Diplomas are issued for each degree within a technology. Students applying for a certificate and associate degree within the same technology at the same time will only be awarded the higher degree.Ohio Admin. Code 3358:14-5-01
