Section 3354:2-66-01 - Tuition payment plan(A) Lakeland will offer a tuition payment plan for which specific administrative procedures are established.(B) The college reserves the right to collect the principal outstanding on a delinquent tuition payment and any applicable interest or penalty due and any associated collection cost incurred by the college.(C) A student who is delinquent or in default of a tuition payment may be denied the right to register for any term unless that student's total balance due Lakeland is less than one hundred dollars.
