Rules may be amended at any meeting of the board of trustees by a majority vote of the members present and voting, provided that at least fourteen days notice of such proposed amendment has been given in writing to each member.
Nothing herein contained shall invalidate any lawful action taken under any regulation, ordinance, rule or regulation for the government of Miami university previously enacted by the board of trustees.
Rules shall be in full force and effect from the date of their enactment by the board or upon such date as specified by the board of trustees.
