Section 1501:47-7-06 - Odell lake, Holmes county

(A) It is unlawful for any person to operate (start/run) or permit the operation of a motor, or combination of motors, exceeding a total horsepower rating in excess of ten horsepower to propel a vessel on or within Odell lake.

(B) Vessels equipped with higher horsepower motors may be present on these waters provided they comply with paragraph (A) of this rule.
