Section 1501:3-2-15 - Rock-climbing and rappelling permitted in designated areas only(A) No person shall participate in rappelling or engage in rock-climbing in any state forest except on areas designated for rock-climbing or rappelling. No person shall participate in rappelling or engage in rock-climbing without the use of technical or specialized equipment designed for such use. (B) No person shall engage in rappelling or rock-climbing, or enter the rappelling and rock-climbing designated area, without first registering in the place and manner required and provided.
