Section 1301:8-11-04 - Licensing(A) No licensee shall transact or solicit business under sections 1321.35 to 1321.48 of the Revised Code under any other name than that set forth on its license.(B) At least thirty days prior to the effective date of an address change, each licensee shall notify the division of financial institutions of a change in the address shown on its license by filing a relocation application with the division. If the licensee is relocating its place of business to a location outside the municipal corporation in which it is currently located, the licensee must also pay a license application fee.Ohio Admin.
