Section 75-07-02-06 - Reimbursement by the department

Within the limits of legislative appropriations therefor, and subject to the limitations in section 75-07-02-04, the department shall reimburse each county participating in an approved application, upon claim being made therefor by the county, for the actual costs incurred in the development of a multicounty social service district plan.
