Section 75-03-41-04 - Correction orders1. The department may require immediate correction of a violation that threatens the life or safety of a client in the licensed supervised independent living program.2. All time periods under this section commence on the third day after the department mails notice of the correction order to the agency.3. Upon written request by the agency and upon showing need for an extension created by circumstances beyond the control of the agency and that the agency has diligently pursued correction of the violation, the department may grant extensions of time to correct violations.4.
