Section 75-03-36-32 - Adoption - Case plan1. The child-placing agency shall develop a written case plan for each client. The case plan must include a description of specific services to be provided to meet the needs of the birth parents, the child, and the prospective adoptive parents. The case plan must include goals specifying timelines to achieve permanency for the child.2. The child-placing agency shall review the case plan annually.3. The case plan must be signed and dated by the case manager and other relevant parties as determined appropriate.4. For a child in the custody of a tribe or a human service zone, the case plan must be directed by the custodial agency, the child, if appropriate, and with input from members of the child and family team.5. For a child in the custody of the child-placing agency, the child-placing agency may direct the case plan.6. For a child in the custody of a birth or adoptive parent, the legal custodial parent may direct the case plan.N.D. Admin Code 75-03-36-32
