Section 75-03-36-18 - Disaster planThe child-placing agency shall have a written disaster plan to accommodate emergencies. The disaster plan must specify:
1. Employee roles and responsibilities;2. Processes to ensure ongoing communication is maintained with children in placement, foster care providers, or prospective adoptive parents and employees;3. Primary and alternate plans for evacuation to ensure continuity of services, including workspace and ongoing access to relevant child-placing agency files; and4. Supervision of employees, nonemployees, children in placement, foster care providers, and prospective adoptive parents after evacuation or relocation.N.D. Admin Code 75-03-36-18
