Section 75-03-21.1-22 - Facility sewage disposal1. Facilities must be located in areas where public or private sewage disposal systems approved by the department of environmental quality are available. Approved public sewage disposal systems must be used, where available.2. Plans and specifications for proposed private sewage disposal systems or alteration to such systems must be approved by the department of environmental quality prior to the construction, maintenance, and operation of such systems.3. Septic tanks or other nonmunicipal sewage disposal systems must comply with chapter 62-03.1-03, private sewage disposal systems.N.D. Admin Code 75-03-21.1-22
