Section 75-03-21.1-18 - Facility bathrooms1. Bathrooms must be located in places that facilitate maximum self-help by residents.2. Bathrooms must provide showers or bathtubs, toilets, and lavatories approximating normal patterns found in homes, unless specifically contraindicated by program needs.3. Bathrooms must serve only up to four residents each.4. At least one bathroom per facility must be accessible and usable by nonambulatory residents, visitors, and employees.5. Bathrooms must have hot water supplied to lavatories and bathing facilities in the range of one hundred ten to one hundred forty degrees Fahrenheit [47.22 to 60 degrees Celsius], as controlled by a tempering valve, located to preclude resident access.N.D.
