Section 75-03-17.1-03 - County request for reinstatement as authorized agent in providing child welfare services

If a county social service board seeks to reinstate its status as the department's authorized agent, it may submit a written request to the department. The department shall respond to this request within forty-five days by conducting an assessment to determine whether the circumstances leading to the county social service board's release as the department's authorized agent still exist or have been adequately resolved.
