Section 75-03-08-07 - Application for and nontransferability of family child care license1. An application for a license must be submitted to the department in which the family child care is located. Application must be made in the form and manner prescribed by the department.2. The license is nontransferable and valid only for the premises indicated on the license. A new application for a license must be filed upon change of provider or location.3. The department may not issue more than one in-home registration, self-declaration, or license per residence.
