Any individual, official, or local jurisdiction providing services to or in the administration of the child support enforcement program shall, in writing, assure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination on the basis of the race, color, religion, national origin, sex, political beliefs, handicap, pregnancy, or age of an applicant for a recipient of services; or prohibiting discrimination on the basis of the race, color, religion, national origin, sex, political beliefs, or solely on the basis of handicap, pregnancy, or age of an employee or applicant for employment.
