Section 69.5-01-08-18 - Refunds for short fields1. Notwithstanding other provisions of these rules, refunds of the entire association pool must be made on: a. Win pools, exacta pools, and first-half double pools offered in contests in which the number of betting interests has been reduced to fewer than two.b. Place pools, quinella pools, trifecta pools, first-half quinella double pools, first-half twin quinella pools, first-half twin trifecta pools, and first-half trisuperfecta pools offered in contests in which the number of betting interests has been reduced to fewer than three.c. Show pools, superfecta pools, and first-half twin superfecta pools offered in contests in which the number of betting interests has been reduced to fewer than four.2. Authorized refunds must be paid upon presentation and surrender of the affected pari-mutuel ticket or automatically by a service provider or site operator in the case of account deposit wagering.N.D.
