Section 54-04.1-05-02 - Demand for payment

Demand for payment will be made on delinquent accounts. If the account is not brought up to date within thirty days of receipt of the demand for payment, the account will be referred to the collection agency, and the board may initiate disciplinary action against the licensee for professional misconduct.
