Section 45-03-07-05 - Continued proof of compliance

A reinsurer shall also provide to the commissioner annually proof of continued compliance with subsection 1 of section 45-03-07-04, along with an annual statement complying with subsection 2 of section 45-03-07-04 following the first year the application is approved by the commissioner.
