Section 33.1-25-01-18 - Class IV wells

All class IV wells are prohibited except wells used to inject contaminated ground water that has been treated and is being injected into the same formation from which it was drawn if such injection is approved by the director in accordance with title 40 CFR part 144, section 144.23(c).
