Section 33.1-16-02.1-10 - Ground water classifications and standards1. Class I ground waters. Class I ground waters are those with a total dissolved solids concentration of less than 10,000 mg/l. The minimum conditions described in subsection 1 of section 33.1-16-02.1-08 apply. Class I ground waters are not exempt under the North Dakota underground injection control program in section 33.1-25-01-05.2. Class II ground waters. Class II ground waters are those with a total dissolved solids concentration of 10,000 mg/l or greater.
