Section 33-33-02-07 - License feesThe department shall charge the following fees for licenses to operate trailer parks or campgrounds in this state:
1. For a trailer park or campground containing at least three but not more than ten lots, ninety dollars.2. For a trailer park or campground containing at least eleven but not more than twenty-five lots, one hundred thirty-five dollars.3. For a trailer park or campground containing at least twenty-six but not more than fifty lots, one hundred seventy-five dollars.4. For a trailer park or campground containing at least fifty-one but not more than one hundred lots, two hundred twenty dollars.5. For a trailer park or campground containing at least one hundred one but not more than one hundred fifty lots, two hundred seventy dollars.6. For a trailer park or campground containing at least one hundred fifty-one but not more than two hundred lots, three hundred twenty dollars.7. For a trailer park or campground containing at least two hundred one but not more than two hundred fifty lots, three hundred seventy dollars.8. For a trailer park or campground containing more than two hundred fifty lots, four hundred twenty dollars. The department shall waive the license fee for any trailer park or campground owned by the state, a municipality, or a nonprofit organization.
