Section 20.5-02-01-02 - Initial licensure

An applicant shall be issued a license based on compliance with requirements stated in North Dakota Century Code chapter 43-44 and the rules in the chapter.

It is the responsibility of the licensee to immediately notify the board of any change to the licensee's contact information, including name change, electronic mail address, and mailing address.
