Section 05 .0301 - FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS

An agency submitting temporary rules to be reviewed by the Commission shall comply with the requirements in 26 NCAC 02C .0100, 02C .0200, and .0400, which are hereby incorporated by reference, including subsequent amendments and editions.
