Section 63 .0601 - GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURESThe following conduct constitutes a violation of G.S. 90B-11:
(1) offering a check to the Board in payment of required fees that is returned unpaid as a result of non-payment attributable to the payor;(2) obtaining or attempting to obtain compensation by fraud or deceit;(3) submitting false documents to the Board, such as those related to continuing education audits or submitted as a part of the application or renewal process; and(4) violating any order of the Board.21 N.C.
