Section 31 .0802 - LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY ASSOCIATE(a) For purposes of G.S. 90-270.52A(c)"special circumstances" shall mean events beyond the control or fault of the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, including illness of self, life partner, spouse, or child, or death of life partner, spouse, or child.(b) Persons who are licensed as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associates must disclose to their clients that they are required to practice under on-going supervision, and the name of their supervisor.21 N.C.
