Section 21 .0507 - GRANTING OR DENYING HEARING REQUESTS(a) The Board will grant a request for a hearing if it determines that the party requesting the hearing is a "person aggrieved" within the meaning of G.S. 150B-2(6).(b) The denial of a request for a hearing will be issued immediately upon decision, and in no case later than 60 days after the submission of the request. Such denial shall contain a statement of the reasons leading the Board to deny the request.(c) Approval of a request for a hearing will be signified by issuing a notice as required by G.S. 150B-38(b).21 N.C.
