Section 89B .0216 - EVIDENCE

(a) Evidence to be admitted in the hearing shall be as specified in G.S. 150B-29, G.S. 150B-30, and G.S. 150B-31.

(b) This adoption by reference is made under G.S. 150B-14(c).
