Section 26B .0304 - PROHIBITION AGAINST REDISCLOSURE

(a) Agencies disclosing confidential information pursuant to G.S. 122C-52 through G.S. 122C-56 shall inform the recipient that redisclosure of such information is prohibited without client consent.

(b) A stamp may be used to fulfill this requirement.
