This Chapter 2 of the Department of State Auditor, Title 3 of the North Carolina Administrative Code (3 NCAC 02); LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS' BENEFIT AND RETIREMENT FUND; has been transferred to and recodified as Subchapter 2J of the Department of State Treasurer, Title 20 of the North Carolina Administrative Code (20 NCAC 02J).
