Section 4801.3 - Power to supersede or suspend operation of the rules

The commission may, by written order or directive, supersede or suspend the operation of any of the commission's rules or regulations when, in its judgment, such action is necessary to insure the public interest, convenience or necessity or the best interest of the conduct of bingo.
