If the financial statement of games of chance operations, financial statement of raffle operations or financial statement of bell jar operations filed by a licensee is not properly verified, or not fully, accurately and truthfully completed, no further license shall issue to such licensee, and any existing license may be suspended pursuant to the provisions of Part 5626 of this Title.
