Section 4620.14 - Beat the Dealer(a) Equipment. (1) A cage, chute or cup.(b) The play and odds. (1) The player places the player's wager in the space on the layout in front of the player.(2) The dealer and the player each tumble the dice by hand or in the cage, chute or cup. The dealer goes first. To win, the player or players must get a higher total count than the dealer; the dealer wins on all ties.
