Section 9977.11 - Time limits(a) Under these rules adjudicatory proceedings shall be conducted in an expeditious manner with all due regard for the rights of the parties concerned. Every effort should be made by the parties to effectuate a speedy disposition of the case.(b) Parties to any hearing or proceeding are required to file all papers, statements, proofs, and other evidence with the hearing officer at a time to be designated by the officer.
