The Office of General Services as a Contracting Agency, as defined in Executive Order No. 125, will participate in and comply with the activities and procedures of such Contracting Agencies, pursuant to the implementating Procedures of the Council of Contracting Agencies titled "Council of Contracting Agencies, Executive Order No. 125, Procedures for Collection and Exchange of Information Relating to Contractor Responsibility" and its attachments, which was adopted and published by the Council of Contracting Agencies on January 11, 1990.
